Yep, I've had major rounds of plastics and let me tell ya', IMO it's a lot harder to recover from than the WLS itself!  I did a major bump of protein before and after for the first round.  The second round I used the Bariatric Advantage Pro Mend which is done about a month before surgery, then regular protein after surgery.  I think I healed much better using the BA stuff, but again, just my opinion.

With the P90X, I cannot tell you how many times I had to turn my back and giggle at the girls when they were doing certain routines.  Of course they dared me to join them but I told them I'd probably snap in half and not ever be able to get up and move again!  Humor is a definite must!!!
