I'm thiking of doing P90X to tone up a bit before I venture into my plastics journey.  Any thoughts on P90x any post-ops? I'm over 3 years out and I'm at a very steady weight 125-129 for awhile now. I just want to be better fit before my TT and BL/BA

Thanks in advance!

Ash ;o)

First of all - CONGRATS on keeping your weight off after 3 years and  kids - AWESOME!

I haven't done the P90x but a group here at work did on their lunch hour every day and all I can say is it kicked their butts LOL.  But in a good way and they were in great shape when they fnished it.

Good for you!!  I think my arms turned out looking so good because I was in great shape before my brachioplasty.  I plan on staying in shape before I get more work done.  Maybe I'll try the P90X, too!!

I have P90X and I only got as far as the first DVD haha.  It's good it keeps you moving and switches it up.  I can't do all the exercises but I try and one day I will make it to rockstar status.  I keep my workout @ the gym but if I don't make it there, I'll pop in a DVD.  If yall start, I would be interested in joining with yall.

Ashley,
My two teenaged daughters did it all summer and I can tell you, they were sore as heck that first few days but LOVED it.  They both just finished the fall tennis season at school so will probably be back to using that as their "mega" exercise.

My girls did a lot of modifications to make it "do-able" for them.  It sometimes wasn't pretty and they would literally fall out laughing at each other (they would do it together) but they did it while having fun, too!

Plastics is a BIG deal and can be draining on you so the better shape you can be in beforehand the easier it should be for you.

Good Luck!!!
