Hello TEXANS!!!!!

I had my surgery on 11/04/2010 and doing great. Getting in about 84 ounces of water and 45 to 55 grams of protein. Taking my Vitamins, my calcium citrate, and B12. Walking 30 minutes a day an no real pain...SO FAR SO GOOD.

I have a Dr. Appointment on the 19th when I will be moving into phase two.

I would like to know if anyone has a good schedule for getting all there protein in. I know that I will be eating every two hours or so, but any help would be great. I am one of those type A men who does good with a schedule.

Thanks

First off, find one you really like.  I made mine up and put it in a container in the fridge and every hour (I set the kitchen timer) I sipped an oz or two then took a walk.  It was my routine for a couple of weeks.  You won't get it all in at first-just strive to get as much as possible.  When you start eating food-make sure it's high in protein since you won't be able to eat much.
