November Accountability Tuesday

I started something yesterday that I hope will help me.....I started on a new Vitamin regimen since the Vitamin Jungle sessions this past OH weekend....and instead of reaching for snack CRAP at work - I have my vitamins layed out on desk -and when I feel the need to REACH for something - I'm gonna grab a vitamin that I need to take.....taht way - I'm no****er logged when I take them.............I got all of them in yesterday except 1 multiple vitamin........1/2 dose....:( 
THE BOB is not a friendly thing to me.......so I'm listening....waking up and going forward....

B - Atkins Shake,  Cheese..   DECAF coffee.... w/splenda and GREEN tea from Starbucks...w/Splenda..

L -  Tilapia - grilled on george foreman.....(brother cooked for me yesterday)   - I think I'll hire him..during the week !!  lol   breaded with  plain bread crumbs and salt & pepper...I'll top today with some parm cheese cuz brother doesn't like to cook with whole lot -  but who says that it NOT a good thing - huh?      I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO IT - SO I'M NOT COMPLAINING.

Dinner:  Not sure -  something from Boston market -  may get a meal for 4 so I can eat on it all week at dinner at 2nd job..........it is a BETTER choice on eating out - huh?   I can have roterisserie chicken and veggies......?       NO BREAD......

Good Morning All,

OK, this post is going to be my new religion! LOL... no really, I have got to commit myself to being accountable! It was so great to meet you all in Houston, and I was very inspired to make some serious changes.

Plan for today:
B: Protien Shake and Coffee
L: Salad with Chicken
D: Chili from Wendy's... No Darn Crackers!!!
Snacks: Vitamins, Water and Almonds

I also plan to get on the dang elliptical after the grocery store tonight. I may only be on it for 10 minutes before falling off from sheer exhaustion, but a little is better than nuffin!

Glad to see you here Jessica!!!  I know being accountable really helps me keep my head in the game!  Enjoyed meeting you this weekend... and I loved that black dress!!!  :)

Well I didn't make it at all yesterday.  I will do better.

Plan for the day is
Breakfast skinny hazelnut latte SBUX and oatmeal
Lunch cube steak and broc/califlower mix
dinner baked chicken and stuffing with salad and greenbeans
snack fruit with cottage cheese.

I stayed with the program yesterday, really did enjoy the beef fajitas and splurged on a few chips and salsa since I had the calories left from skipping lunch.

B....I ran out of my HEB cottage cheese so this morning was only Chai Tea for breakfast. I know, I could have run to the store last night to get more but HEB's CC is so creamy and mild, I always dread breakfast with any other brand so it's worth the trip across town.
L....made some killer chili today. By the time I was through tasting I had my lunch!
S.....Honey crisp apple and peanut butter
D....Chili topped with dollop of Greek yogurt
LNS....Fage cheesecake yogurt, chai tea

I think I'll be short on calories so I may have to adjust things a bit. Since I've made it a point to get ALL my calories I've started losing again. Some days it seems like I eat all day to do so!

imagine what the time change is doin for me.. the queen of insomnia. Que got up this morning and i was in the living room still watching tv from the night before!

I've been busy the past few days but I will still post on here because it does makes me accountable for what I'm putting in my mouth.

B- new whey protein bullet/crystal ligh****er
S- mint java chip EAS myoplex thingie
L- sour cream chicken enchiladas
S- almonds
D- a few chips with queso, 1 chicken flauta at a party for one of the Dr.'s I used to work with.  She survived breast cancer (woo hoo!) then I got home and the hubs bought me a beef fajita taco and a few slices of brisket.

he also brought home some pumpkin cheesecake which I had 3 bites of then put the rest up b/c I don't want to splurge.
