Good morning!  This time change is killing me!!!  I haven't slept good for the past 3 nights... I keep waking up and looking at the clock!!  UGH... 

Plan for today...
B: Believe RTD
L: Taco soup
D: Tilapia/ half sweet potato
Snacks: Happy Holly Bar

Good morning! I don't think I ever posted yesterday-and didn't eat supper! I DID have one of those "go protein" things I won at the conference, but it was only about 100 calories-not a balanced meal, but did have 17 gm of protein. Today will be a better day.

B: Warm Click (having now)..hot green tea (steeping in mucrowave)

L: Chicken/salad/orange/WF raspberry dsg

D: Have Keno toight-hostess sayd she's having "chili over baked potato"-will half or quarter one with someone and skip dessert-will carry apple in my purse for dessert

Still struggling with water a bit-but am working on it/Vitamins bagged and in my purse

Good Morning!  Got a little more sleep last night so I feel better but could sleep some more!!!

My plan for today:

B: Protein shake
L: chicken salad on three multigrain crackers
S protein shake
D Red drum (was giving some last night that was caught yesterday) can't wait!

Lots of water and all my vitamins are packed!

Good morning.  I slept from 9:00 until right after 5:30 this morning.  I could still be sleeping and it's sure not from carb overload or eating the wrong things...maybe I'm working way too hard.

My plan:
breakfast: protein coffee
snack: Click or Atkins at some point today
lunch: Lean Cuisine
dinner: sloppy joe meat and pinto beans
snack: sf/lf pumpkin pie guts

exercise: walk at park after work

Morning Paige;

Well I woke up to swollen fingers = water retention (?) and my scale instead of showing an error msg is now showing me up a few pounds...not sure where my hidden salt was yesterday or maybe from the weekend?? and that is ONLY if the ***** in the box is working correctly...will again check at the nurses office...

Since there is retention somewhere

I will have a 90% liquid protein type day...gotta push the fluids to pee the retention fluids away.

Breakfast-Protein Drink
Lunch-salad bar at school PTO is serving us lunch
Snack-Protein Bullet w/ water
Dinner- Cream of Chicken Protein Soup with Milk
Snack-orange

Good morning ladies!  Slept like a baby last night and didn't want to get up this morning!

L: 1/2 soy burger
S: 1/2 soy burger
D: going to the Cyfair mtng tonight so I might pick up a Smoothie King protein shake

S: Banana, frozen fun size snickers

Good Morning Ladies,

Well....I had a fairly good day, but then I stayed up too late and the "beast" of craziness & stinking thinking got me.  Started grazing and there was no turning  back.  I feel horrible this morning, but I prayed about it and I'm trying to shake it off.

What's going on with me??? Hmmm? --   I think there is an important phone call I need to make that I've been avoiding.  Why?  I think this call makes me feel inadequate and/or ashamed.
-- There I said it....it's out there now -- so just make the call, Lisa!  Chances are it won't be as bad as you imagine  Plus, this fear/procrastination will just EAT ME UP.

Today's Plan:

- Make that DARN Call
- Healthy/ Planned Eating
- Vitamins
- Lots of Water
- Exercise
- Track Intake & Activity
- Sleep
