I have stayed pretty close to plan today

B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with sf jelly
L: Chicken breast with pepper jack cheese, mixed veggies -
S: 1/2 Banana
D: 1/2 c spaghetti with meat sauce, 1/2 lasagna roll and a slice of garlic toast

Working on 3rd bottle of water

will have a 100 - 200 snack later.

Today was not such a good day starting with a breakfast and cini minis....but lunch was healthy and dinner seemed to be....

B BK Muffin sandwich and ciniminis.
L Pork Loin, 1 brussel sprout, yams
S Trioplex protein brownie
Click (1.5) servings
D Applebee's asian shrimp skillit (I can't imagine the calories they say is in this, it hardly had sauce on it which was fine with me).  I would say most of the calories must've been in hte rice which I only ate about 1/3 of it.  OK enough justification...tomorrow is going to be a much better day!

Stayed on track all day till tonight ken wanted Jack in the box...I had to have tacos and fries!! however if youd seen my pedometer and the stock I put up...got strength training and cardio today!
