So how did you really do? Monday Edition
Happy Monday!!! So how did everyone do today? It felt good being back on a plan today after the weekend hiatus!!

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
I never made it to say what I was eating because it wasn't cranked up when I was on OH this morning. Here's what I've had:
protein coffee
Italian sausage/veggie/tortellini soup for lunch
bag of sample protein chips (salsa)...yummy
dinner: baked flounder and pinto beans
snack: sf/lf pumpkin pie guts...no crust...craving fall pumpkin flavor, so this is how I'm taking care of it.
had to work late so didn't make it to Zumba but I rode my bike for 3 miles on a hard to peddle setting.

Paige, thanks for this daily post. I think it's officially a part of my daily routine. -- A good thing, because I need it.
I would say that I had a pretty good day. Kept myself pretty busy at work. Only thing is that my sister invited me to lunch and that always causes some internal turmoil because it isn't what I "originally" planed. Either way, I met with her for lunch and ended up making the best choice I could. Grilled Chicken Salad....not too bad I guess.
Today's Plan was:
- Prayer & Meditation - YES
- Vitamins - YES
- Extra effort on Water Intake - YES
- Log Intake & Activity - YES, but I hate it when I can't find exactly what I need/ate quickly
- Healthy/Planned Eating - Yes, for the most part
- Exercise - YES
- Review Chef Dave's Books - UP NEXT

Breakfast-sample bottle of Believe protein drink...YUM will be ordering them
Lunch-1/2 cup pinto beans from woody's and 1/4 cut of roasted pumpkin seeds
Snack-serving size of pette carrots...(veggie)
Snack-sm. orange

I have only had 20 oz of Sobe water today, I would like to get some more liquids in before 9...
going to go for a walk here soon...then my exercise will be done!!!

Ok, so here's how I really did...
B: protein shake- silk, max protein (yes, I had this)
S: yogurt (yes)
L: 1/2 soy burger (yes)
S: 1/2 soy burger (yes)
D: rotisserie chicken (I actually had 2 fried shrimp & 1/2 fish fillet, hubs talked me into going to THE BOAT) since he just came back into town from deer hunting.

L: corn and chicken chowder/3 homemade cheese crackers (check)
D: parm tilapia/half sweet potato (changed up and had 1/4c mashed potatos and gravy)
Snacks: Happy Holly bar (check) bag of coconut M&M's (not on plan...this is why I should NOT grocery shop)
All in all ended the day at 1206 calories and 67g protein but didn't do too well on liquids... going to work on that the rest of the evening.
