taptaptap_sml.gif image by sarafina159 You know the longer you wait to reverse this trend the harder it will be........  I know you have been hampered by your leg injury so you will have to cut back on the calories to compensate.  There are chair exercises for seniors that you can do until your leg mends.  Or lift arm weights while watching TV.

The very best way to start is journaling your food.  It is so easy to "forget" how much we have eaten when we aren't writing it down.  You can store it in your phone also - even basic phones usually have a notepad feature.

Get rid of the slider and "red light" foods and stick to the denser proteins that fill you up and stay with you.  The red light foods is an old Weigh****cher term - food you can't stop eating once you start like potato chips or fries.  I actually buy crackers I don't particularly like to spread peanut butter on so I don't overeat on the crackers.

It was good to meet you, too and THANKS!

I didn't even recognize you because your face is so much thinner now than your avatar

Congrats on the teeny gain - that's just 8 oz of water you haven't peed out!

I had a great time this weekend! I met so many cool people but am sorry I missed so many or didn't have time to really visit with those I did meet. Saundra, I also didn't recognize your skinny self...you need a new avatar!!!

I really expected at least a small gain but was pleasantly surprised today.
