2) at least 70 gms, 35 protein drink,10 from bars, the rest from meat cheese eggs and beans

1) How many servings of fruit and veg do you eat a day? around 2 most days
2)How much protein do you get and where does it come from? I haven't counted in a long time but I haven't changed what I eat, so probably around 90 gms. Cottage cheese, protein powder, cheese & meats.
3) Do you take 10,000 steps a day? Do you even own a pedometer? I don't own a pedometer but I do a lot of walking with my job.
4) Do you eat sugar free "goodies"? No. I try to limit the artificial sweeteners in my diet. The yogurt and protein powder that I eat have it, but I use stevia in my coffee (natural from a plant). I don't really dump - just feel crappy if I have too much sugar w/o something else to balance it so if I eat sweets it is the real thing and I only have a few bites.

2)How much protein do you get and where does it come from? I haven't really tracked it, but I have 2 scoops of protein powder every day, so at least 58 grams, and since I usually eat at least one if not 2 servings of meat of some kind, I'm guessing around 70 to 80 grams...
3) Do you take 10,000 steps a day? Do you even own a pedometer? No pedometer here and my job requires very little if any walking, but I do anywhere from 30 to 60 mins on the recumbent bike's strength training program at level 7. My Heart walk activity tracker equates that to about 12,000 steps so I'm good here.
4) Do you eat sugar free "goodies"? I rarely do goodies in the way of chocolate any more, however I eat unsalted dry roasted peanuts on a daily basis, I need to find a healthier replacement for them, but haven't so far.

3) Do you take 10,000 steps a day? No, I do great to get in half that. I have a sit down job (sewing) but I do what I can.
Do you even own a pedometer? Yes, I have several but doubt the accuracy of any of them but I do wear one every day.
4) Do you eat sugar free "goodies"? No. I don't eat "goodies" as in sweets, never been a sweets eater so that's one monkey I haven't had to fight. I have no idea how we missed each other!! I was really making the rounds trying to meet and find people! Don't think I ever found Daisie either!! There is always next year and maybe someday you and Beast can come up for one of our dinners and we can sit and talk scuba! I at one time had 1/2 my hours to certification but never finished and it is on the bucket list! Want to swim the great barrier reef!! but that is another QOTD...maybe tomorrow!

2)How much protein do you get and where does it come from? On a bad day below 50, sometimes more then 75... but I aim for at least 50 a day. I drink one protein drink every day for breakfast and then the rest usually comes from fish, chicken, beans or cheese.
3) Do you take 10,000 steps a day? Do you even own a pedometer? I did recently buy one for when I'm outside walking to measure my distance... I might have to wear it tomorrow to see how many I take in a normal day. I do walk alot in the building.... might be interesting to see just how much I do.
