November Accountability Monday

Good morning!  It's so hard to get back into the swing of things after such a wonderful weekend!!!  Again I loved meeting so many of you!!!  Need to really focus on my exercise this week as I have been slacking and need to get to it if I'm going to be ready for my half marathon next month!!!  (What was I thinking... oh that's right I wasn't!!)

Plan for today...
B: Believe RTD
L: corn and chicken chowder/3 homemade cheese crackers
D: parm tilapia/half sweet potato
Snacks:  Happy Holly bar

So what's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

crises in the house...no yogurt!! So todays plan:

protein drink
pc fruit whatever I can grab at CM
ham sammie
100 cal protein bar...Russel Stovers suagr free only 5gms pro but oh so good! Love my man made treats!
potato knish w/provolone and a veg for dinner

have fruit trail mix for a snack

Morning Paige....

Breakfast-going to try the Believe RTD
Lunch-Oatmeal w/Milk, and mixed berries
Snack-cottage cheese, with garlic & pepper
Dinner-Parm Chicken with grilled veggies
Snack-Peanut butter filled pretzels

Meds/ Vits going in, water/liquids will be drank, and the 100 mile club with my YaYa will be starting tonight at 6:00!!!

I couldn't agree with you more, Paige.  It's hard getting into the "work" mindset after such a nice weekend.

- Vitamins
- Extra effort on Water Intake
- Log Intake & Activity
- Healthy/Planned Eating
- Exercise
- Review Chef Dave's Books

B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with sf jelly
L: Chicken breast with pepper jack cheese, mixed veggies
D: 1/2 c spaghetti with meat sauce, 1/2 lasagna roll
S; 100 cal snacks

I hate to say I haven't made my plan for the day! I had my regular breakfast and the rest will work itself out as I go through the ice box to see what food Beast left from what I fixed him for the weekend. I'll report back tonight on what I actually had but for now I'll make a stab at it....

Howdy yall!  It was good meeting you Paige.  The conference was overwhelming for me especially being a newbit and by myself but I did meet some great people and made some friends. 
My Plan:
B- EAS carb control mint java thingie
L- sour cream chicken enchiladas
S- almonds/new whey protein shot with water crystal light and emergen-c
D- lean cuisine
