So how did you really do? Sunday Edition
Like any other conference I've ever been to, I take from it what I need. I don't think I can convert to vegetarianism but I can be more mindful of eating more fruit and veggies...after my protein. I do what's practical for me. And what works. I travel extensively with my job. Kinda hard to do organic and free range! I thought the supplements session was great. I'm very visual so the vitamin "symbols" really made an impression.
B: sbux skinny pumpkin spice latte, boiled egg, almond biscotti
L: turkey jerky, cheese stick
D: pork loin, roasted red potatoes, collard greens.
S: Russell Stover SF millionaire (dang good! Meggie's rec)
Not enough water. Back to normal tomorrow!
My health. My responsibility. This day. Every day.
