Thank you for being so sweet and friendly at the OH conference. I felt like I was amongst friends and had a blast!

I am still pondering Dr. Garth's message about no meat and dairy, but I got a wealth of info there that will help me on this journey.

It was great to meet you Shelly! I think a lot of us are thinking he has lost his mind!!!! I am so glad his patient spoke up at the end!

umm no meat or dairy???? umm do yall need to bring him back to dallas and park him at my work coz he has a touch of dementia now???? i just cant imagine???
i can say at 4+ years out when i DONT get in my protein (like in the last few months) i gain weight and my already thin fine hair ... and my body just really goes to pot.

Im so sorry i wasnt able to be there to meet you as well (damn work) but i KNEW my sistahs would do me proud!!! So glad you had a good time... i hope to meet you in person in the future *hint hint*
