So how did everyone do today?  

Disclaimer: Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

Again, I didn't check in this morning but I did have a plan lol

B:  atkins shake
S:  atkins shake, cheese stick
L:  greek yogurt, raisins
S:  deli turkey, grapes
D:  cup of cheeseburger macroni
S:  SF jello cup and cool whip

Calories:  1059
Protein:  86 grams

Not a bad day . . .anxious to check in on the scale this weekend to see if it's finally heading in the right direction

Good evening Paige & TMB,

Aside from being sooooo tired due to lack of sleep, I had an "ok" day, I guess.

Today's plan was:
- Just go with the flow; things don't always have to go according to "Lisa's Plan".  Right? -- YES
- Prayer & Meditation -- YES
- Vitamins -- YES
- Healthy/Planned Eating -- YES
- Light/Moderate Exercise (I'm tired, today) - NOPE, TOO TIRED & SLEEPY
- SLEEP!! -- YES, as soon as I hit the "submit" button below I'm off to bed.

Tonight is all about "self-care."

Can't wait to see you guys this weekend.

Hey ya'll!

B small banana/carb bal wheat tortilla/tbsp peanut butter
S granola bar
L Broccoli/Cheddar stuffed chicken breast (1/2 serving)
S Power Crunch bar
McD's baked pumpkin pie
1 scoop Click drink

Don't know what we are having for dinner...probably a frozen dinner...healthy choice or Lean Cuisine....

2 bottles of water down, 2 to go!

I did everything but walk. No excuses...just so tired/back throbbing/work to finish up on/haven't packed anything.

Ok.. so here's how I really did.

B: protein shake (had 1/2 of a s/f cappucino instead, guess I'll save my protein drink for tomorrow)
S: yogurt (had nothing, too busy)
L: just made me a soy burger on deli flats (ate this)
S: yogurt
D: thinking about making turkey burgers for the family (had this)

Just got home from kids parent teacher conferences.... so it's been a long day!!!

B: protein shake (made it but only drank a few sips...got busy and forgot about it)
L: leftover Broc/cheese soup from Quiznos (ate lunch at my meeting instead of eating before hand....had about 1/4 of a BBQ baked potato and a sliver of sweet potato pecan pie)
D: Tilapia and sweet pepper sauce (in the toaster oven now)
snacks:  100 cal snack (check) , tapioca pudding
(didn't have)

Have had aclear head for 2 days now and feeling so much better and eating was under control only ate 1/2 of what I planned during the day and was sensible with 1 fajita at dinner! today was good!

L: Beef Burrito, Taco and chips
S: Frozen fun size snickers
D: 2.5 oz of pork, 4 asparagus spears
S: Sugar cookies

I didn't check in this morning, I've been busy taking up clothes today! Of course I left everything until the day before the Event this weekend and I'm behind. But today was OK eveen if it was off the cuff.

Regular breakfast....chai tea then cottage cheese/strawberries
Lunch was 1/4c left over 15 bean soup and 1/4 cup leftover SW chicken. Yeah, I'm cleaning out the fridge for the weekend!
Dinner was spaghetti squash, chili and chicken sausage.
LNS will be Fage cheesecake yogurt and maybe another chai tea before bed.

I'm short on calories for the day but I had a really high day this week so it'll even out for the week.
