The Journey 11/4
I haven't weighed for about a week, so I bit the bullet this morning.
I'm up 1.5 lbs. Which means the 1.1 loss was a fluke :(
I know my life has been hectic with the new baby and my grandkids staying with me, but I really thought I was doing well. I have not, however, been able to plan ahead much, but the babies went home last night and I went to the grocery store, so I'll start again.
I guess this is the perfect time for the OH conference!
That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

LYNNE-girl-what have we told you about that NEGATIVE talk????? The 1.1 loss was NOT a "fluke"...you just found it again. If I was to guess, I'd say you probably didn't drink enough water and had too many snacks with the babies. That would be EXACTLY what I would have done "wrong" if I was watching 2 little ones.....So--onward today....last week is OVER...and NO EXCUSES ON THE CONFERENCE-your daughter can find someone else to watch the children. LYNNE needs some LYNNE TIME.

Let's not worry about the past. Start over right now. All we "REALLY" have is today, right now, this moment. Don't waist time beating yourself up over last week. That shame and guilt is what gets us. Dust yourself off and tell yourself today is a new day, and I get a new chance, TODAY. So, forget last week, and make good choices today. If you need to, take it one meal at at time.
