Good morning! There's a "pot lunch" at work today-which spells TROUBLE, so I didn't sign up for anything and will stay out of the kitchen. I don't do well with pot luck-never want to hurt anyone's feelings, so I wind up eating "just a bite" of EVERYTHING..so...for today..I won't eat ANY of it. I'll stay in the conference room-nobody will notice anyway cuz i'll be eating my own lunch.
Today's plan:
B: Warm Click (done), Green tea (doing)-plan lots more today
L: Chicken breast/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg
D: Beef patty/salad/orange/WF vinagrette dsg
S: 4 Magic pops
E: 45 minutes walking with Corbin
Need to keep up my water today-will shoot for 120 oz/take all my vitamins

Not going to work, going to talk to mom this morning. Woke up naturally with no "hangover" which feels really good. Taking vits had bfast and will get ready for tomorrow!

Today is my "Friday". I took all day Friday off for the "OH Conference", but I have to make quick trip to Refugio, TX in the early morning to drop off Ms. Viv (my 4yr old daughter) with Grandma & Grandpa for the week.
Had a rough night, did not sleep well. Some little girl kept climbing into bed (2x) with me saying, "I've got a tummy ache, Mommy." Could not get myself to go back to sleep.
My day has already been derailed. I had plans to do the Power Pump class at The Y at 5:15am this morning, but since I did not get to sleep till about 3am, when my alarm when off, I just hit the OFF button.
So......today's plan:
- Just go with the flow; things don't always have to go according to "Lisa's Plan". Right?
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Healthy/Planned Eating
- Light/Moderate Exercise (I'm tired, today)
- SLEEP!!

I'm going to try to get out of work @ a decent time and not stay until my usual 6 or 7 so I can go shopping for some fall/winter clothes. my old ones don't fit anymore!
anyway, one of my fav residents who is a young and spy 94 years old (this will be me if i live that long) hollars....
Liz, this fish is good coz you always cook good but dont you got any pepper sauce anywhere? i about fell out... and of course i coudlnt explain it to her since she's has dementia lol. And yes, i found her the damn pepper sauce :)

Getting back on track and will run an extra mile tonight, eat baked chicken and some veggoes for dinner, then pack and we head to Houston tomorrow.
