Good morning!  The week is winding down which is a good thing!!!  Looking forward to seeing many of you this weekend at the OH Conference!!  My boss informed me I have to go to a meeting in her place... not happy!!  I hate going to her principal meetings as I always feel out of place!!!  However, this is the vertical meeting (only 10 people) and not a district meeting so it could be worse.  Of course they will be serving lunch and I'm sure it will be something I can't eat!!!!  Hope they won't be offended when I pass on lunch!!!

L: leftover Broc/cheese soup from Quiznos
D: Tilapia and sweet pepper sauce
snacks:  100 cal snack, tapioca pudding

 Good morning! There's a "pot lunch" at work today-which spells TROUBLE, so I didn't sign up for anything and will stay out of the kitchen. I don't do well with pot luck-never want to hurt anyone's feelings, so I wind up eating "just a bite" of EVERYTHING..so...for today..I won't eat ANY of it. I'll stay in the conference room-nobody will notice anyway cuz i'll be eating my own lunch.

Today's plan:

B: Warm Click (done), Green tea (doing)-plan lots more today

L: Chicken breast/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg

D: Beef patty/salad/orange/WF vinagrette dsg

S: 4 Magic pops

E: 45 minutes walking with Corbin

Need to  keep up my water today-will shoot for 120 oz/take all my vitamins

dinner-may make Ken go out or meet me after work!

Not going to work, going to talk to mom this morning. Woke up naturally with no "hangover" which feels really good. Taking vits had bfast and will get ready for tomorrow!

 Good Morning  Paige & TMB,

Today is my "Friday".  I took all day Friday off for the "OH Conference", but I have to make quick trip to Refugio, TX in the early morning to drop off Ms. Viv (my 4yr old daughter)  with Grandma & Grandpa for the week.

Had a rough night, did not sleep well. Some little girl kept climbing into bed (2x) with me saying, "I've got a tummy ache, Mommy."  Could not get myself to go back to sleep.

My day has already been derailed.  I had plans to do the Power Pump class at The Y at 5:15am this morning, but since I did not get to sleep till about 3am, when my alarm when off, I just hit the OFF button.

So......today's plan:
- Just go with the flow; things don't always have to go according to "Lisa's Plan".  Right?
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Healthy/Planned Eating
- Light/Moderate Exercise (I'm tired, today)
- SLEEP!!

howdy yall!  hope everyone is keeping warm despite the cool weather outside.  Had my Fitlinxx appointment this morning and stayed after to workout more.  I feel the burn!  Here's my plan:

B- water/ mint java chip EAS carb control drink
L- chicken tortilla soup
S- new whey protein shot with water, crystal light, emergen-c
D- ground beef burrito with queso

I'm going to try to get out of work @ a decent time and not stay until my usual 6 or 7 so I can go shopping for some fall/winter clothes.  my old ones don't fit anymore!

OT - thought about you yesterday. I was cooking lunch for my residents and since the days are getting shorter, the boss has decreed that their 'big' meal be lunch instead of dinner. So i was making Parm Tilapia (it was on the effin menu.. control freak much? lol).... and ICK greens.. .
anyway, one of my fav residents who is a young and spy 94 years old (this will be me if i live that long) hollars....
Liz, this fish is good coz you always cook good but dont you got any pepper sauce anywhere? i about fell out... and of course i coudlnt explain it to her since she's has dementia lol.  And yes, i found her the damn pepper sauce :)

I had great plans for today, but they went out the window with the four homemade apple pies my 8th graders made (long story how we got into that). They each wanted me to try a bite of theirs, and so I ended up eating cumulatively almost a whole piece of pie although no top or bottom crust.

Getting back on track and will run an extra mile tonight, eat baked chicken and some veggoes for dinner, then pack and we head to Houston tomorrow.
