I am about 2 weeks out and met with my nutritioinist today. I am able to add some mushy foods! Yay ! I will be attending the OH Conference it will be my very first one and I am excited to meet and hopefully make some new friends. Cant wait! I am still getting used to this forum and just saw the lil Texas link. =)

Thats awesome! Keep up the good work! I'm almost 7 mnths into it & dont have any regrets so far! It will be a little hard in the beginning but trust me it will get better! What really helped me was the results I was getting everytime I would go back to the scale lol
