woke up late this morning had a great post to your morning thread and then my virus scan starting scanning...UGH
I had a much better day today then yesterday
Breakfast-Banana Cream Protein drink
Lunch-Lunch box sushi rolls (2) YUMMY
Afternoon Snack (4ish) bowl of Oatmeal
Dinner-cheese stick and orange slices (we had a program at school)
Waiting for my cup of coffee to brew that Mr. Wonderful started for me; getting ready to have a NF skinny vanilla latte....shower, mindless tv, computer and then bed...
had 1 lg Chicken express tea, two glasses of tea at school I bottle water
Meds and vits in
exercise....gotta work on that....

Ok, so here's how I really did...
B/S: probably a Smoothie King Gladiator after my appt (ended up having my turkey/cheese on deli flats instead)
L: turkey/cheese on deli flats (ended up having banana yogurt & beef jerky)
S: yogurt (nothing, ate it for lunch)
D: soy burger on deli flats ( had 1 buffalo wing wrap instead)

Yesterday didn't end very well for me, very high in fast from nuts and cheese. Everything was 'good' choices just not all on the same day!!! Beast has been off work the last 5 days using up some vacation time so having him around has really screwed up my daily schedule! We've been on the go every day and although I've packed snack and/or lunch it's still been off schedule for me. As I said nothing really serious, and I'm still losing, but I sure didn't feel good yesterday. I've discovered my form of dumping happens when things are out of balance, especially the proteins and carbs ratio. And I've discovered high fats also make me have those hot flashes and 'quivery guts'. So I'm paying extra attention to what my total day consists of instead of meal to meal.
I've been eating fresh strawberried every morning with my cottage cheese ever since they first hit the markets this spring. They are getting hard to find now and I'm really dreading changing my breakfast. Maybe I'll fall back to a protein drink mid-morning because all normal breakfast foods ie. eggs, bacon, etc. just don't sit well with Gertie first thing in the morning.
