So how did everyone do today?  

Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

Hi Paige.  Thank you again for doing these daily postings.  I didn't post this morning but I have stuck to my plan, finally lol.  I took suggestions from many of you and tried to get my eating on track and then worry about adding in the exercise.  Plus, I go to 2 of my doctors tomorrow and I want to check with them about the exercise first.

B:  atkins shake
S:  cheese stick
L:  atkins shake and greek yogurt
S:  deli sliced turkey and cheese stick
D:  chicken, carrots, green beans
S:  small box of raisins, sugar free yogurt with cool whip

That gave me 980 calories with 91 grams of protein.

Looks like  you had a great day food wise!!!  It's all about taking baby steps and adding things back in.  Glad you are checking with the doctor on exercise before you start that up!!!  If nothing else maybe they will allow you to walk!

So far, so good, food wise....Corbin cooking chicken now...Headache trying to rear up, so not sure about walking in the rain just yet...

Haven't had dinner yet, but here's the rest.

B banana/carb balance tortilla/1 tbsp pb
S cheesestick
L taco bell chicken flatbread minus sauce
S cheesestick
3 scoops click espresso

Haven't had dinner yet, but planning on beef strips in salad or on tortilla...I know I need to add in some veggies so thought I would add spinach to my dinner plan.

It doesn't look like much, but yet it sounds like a lot!

2 bottles of water so far and 2 more to go

so far 80 oz. of fluids...more to go
quinoa and shrimp for lunch
edamame for snack
baked tilapia and pinto beans for dinner

Good evening,

Stay on plan as for as meals not so much on snacks and water


B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with SF Jelly
L: Grilled Chicken Breast w /1/2 slice of pepper jack cheese, 1/4 c of broccoli rice and cheese
D: 2.5 oz of steak, 1/8 c of mashed potatoes and 1/8 c of broccoli rice and cheese

S: Animal crackers (6), jaw breakers (6) and fun size snickers

Only on my 2nd bottle of water

 Good Evening TMB,

Paige THANK YOU so much for these daily posts.

It was a busy day for me at work today and I had a few errands to run after work.  My car battery died and had to make two trips to the local auto place before I got the right one.  Feeling a bit wiped out, so I did not get everything on my list done.   -- I'm not going to be too hard on myself about it.  I need some well deserved R&R.

Today's Plan was:
- Prayer & Meditation - YES
- Vitamins - YES
- Lots of water - YES
- Healthy/Planned eating - YES
- Exercise - NOPE, DIDN'T GET THIS ON IN TODAY 
- Walk the dog this evening - TRIED, BUT THERE WAS A BIG UNLEASHED DOG OUT SIDE
- Tea Time w/ Ms. Viv -
YES

Snacks: 100cal snack, 3 multigrain crackers, 1 SF raspberry fruit bar

Did you or will you post the recipe for the Pumpkin Spice Latte or is it the one that was on here last year?  I tried SBux' a couple weeks ago, but it's not sugar free but it was very good.  I would rather something a little more waist and hip friendly.  lol
