One word for the day.....Cornbread....

however, I have pulled this crazy eating day out for dinner I had my lunch;

Lunch box sushi roll
and an Orange...

I'm moving forward...LOL

Ok, here's how it went.  Hubs has been in the hospital since last Weds and just got out tonight so I had been packing my lunch and eating soup in the hospital cafeteria.

B: 1/2 boca soy burger (mesquite grilled)  YES
S: 1/2 boca soy burger(mesquite grilled)  YES
L: yogurt/ cup of soup   HAD THE SOUP (ITALIAN WEDDING 4oz) BUT NO YOGURT
S: beef jerky  (HAD 4 oz of soup leftover from lunch and no beef jerky)
D: boca soy burger (veggie medley)  (had 1 cheesestick & 2 parmesan wings from Pizza Hut instead)

 
(5 lbs lost during pre op diet)     5' 3"

Well stayed on liquids did grilled cheese for dinner--we did not like each other so had cheerios w/hi protein milk!

Stomach still bad, must be a bug been running temperature off and on all day.

Hi Ladies,

Did pretty well for the most part......  

I have noticed that when someone asks me out to lunch, I have a tendency to "freak-out".  I have a hard time with being thrown off my "plan of eating."  It becomes a major internal struggle for me. Should I accept the invite and eat "ok" food or just say no. --- Should I go and hope the restaurant has some healthy food choices for me to pick from or should I just say, no, and stick to my original plan.  Life doesn't always follow a plan, much less "my plan." The turmoils it causes within me is what kills me.  I need serious tips and suggestion on how to handle this type of situations.

Today's Plan was:
- Prayer & Meditation - YES
- Vitamins - YES
- DeCarb - healthy protein rich meals/sensible portions - YES, sugar free day ...yay!!
- OA Meeting - YES
- Exercise - YES, 35 min of cardio and 20 min of AB torture
- Rest/Sleep - UP NEXT

I for my meals I stay on plan the snacks is a different story..

B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with SF jelly
L: Left over chicken taco with about a little bit of rice
S: Animal Crackers
D: 3 oz Pork in the crockpot with 1/3c mash potatoes

I have also had 3 jawbreakers and will most likely have another snack.

Working on my 3rd bottle of water

I did okay today...

Breakfast:  Shake
Morning Snack:  Luna Bar
Lunch:  Beef Fajita salad
Dinner:  Pinto beans & cracker (ate too many crackers)
Evening snack:  Shake
Bedtime snack:  SF Popsicles

...went to Memorial Park and walked/ran 3 miles.
