So how did everyone do today?  

Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

VSG on 09/02/08 with
B:  my usual 2 hard boiled eggs, coffee with FF half and half
L:  Turkey Bites sausage, cheese, apple
D:  gross Asian shrimp thing at Applebee's - too much rice, too much sweet sauce, too little shrimp

I'm on the road again this week.  I'm working with a colleague.  She picked Applebee's for dinner.  I should have picked a harmless salad with dressing on the side.  It's my pick tomorrow night!

I had:
protein coffee
click drink
Atkins shake for afternoon
Italian sausage/veggie/tortellini soup for dinner
Shrimp with Quinoa for dinner

I took all my vits and supplements and went to Zumba for an hour after work.

I did pretty well today... stuck to my plan for the most part!

Plan...
B: Mudslide protein shake (VERY YUMMY!)
L: Bean soup/3 cheese crackers (had 3 turkey meatballs with a bit of spagetti sauce on them)
D: parm tilapia (check)
Snacks: 100 cal snack, SF pudding
(check)

Ending totals 1092 calories and 74.8 g of protein

I made hubby one too and he loved it!!!!  We are going to try my version of Eggface's Pumpkin Spice shake tomorrow!!!

I followed everything on my food plan, and walked for 40 minutes. I wanted to go a little longer, but was getting shin splints (from NOT walking last week), and am TRYING to learn to LISTEN to my body's signals. I had stretched well, etc first, and stretched again afterward. Will plan on upping my minutes and intensity tomorrow. I don't guess I'm EVER going to be the runner I WANT to be...sigh....but I can keep plugging along the streets/school track of Joshua...
