The Journey 11/1

Not much to report today. I did really well on food yesterday, except for having NO dinner due to my little pumpkin being born last night.

Does chasing two toddlers around a Halloween carnival count as exercise?

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

If your grandbabies are anything like my boys were as toddlers it's definitely exercise.

Congrats on the new little punkin'!  Yep...I'd say that counts, big time!

I did OK this week as well. There have been several new recipes tried and added to the regular list. I've been reading up on how your food effects inflammation, I'll be doing some trial and error eliminations in the near future to see if it really will help these knees. Although the Tylenol doesn't do a whole lot, it does sometimes take the edge of, but I'd really rather not take it at all if I could help it.

Yeah Lynne!! I want some face time. I missed spending the early years with my grands...you are so lucky to have them at this time in yours and their life. I have dear memories of my Grandmother A and Grandmother B when I was youg. Grandmother A died when I was 9 and Grandmother B lived way out on the east coast and she was a little "special"! Yall wonder where I get it...wonder no more!! Grand mother B I got to know when I was in college because I was in Virginia and got to see her more. She was such a cutie with an amasing long term memory but no short term and she was anorexic and paranoid. But she was also funny as hell and had the most wonderful stories of my Dad when he was a little boy!!

Cherish this time with Woogie,Ivy and Pumpkin!! I am loving my time with Teenie Teddy and Tres just wish I had more with Kaylie and Ethan (they are in Alsaka)!! Grammys and Grands make this life we live worth it!
