November Accountability Monday
It was so good!!!! Here is Mel's recipe... the pink substitutions are mine!
Mels Chocolate Mudslide
1 scoop Unjury chocolate protein powder (I used vanilla protein)
1 cup skim milk (I used chocolate Mootopia)
1 tablespoon White Chocolate Mudslide International Delights coffee cream
1/2 room temp coffee
(1 tablespoon Torani white chocolate syrup)
I blended mine in my mini blender....OMG this was sooo dang good!

Hmmm, question...what's the difference between this and the other how did you do Monday? :)
I did better today. I've always let me convince myself that I really really needed a sweet treat to make it through the day and today mananged to convince myself I really don't. It wasn't hard now if I can just keep it up. Maybe I am eating too much even healthy food.
B...Banana w carb/sense tortilla and tbsp peanut butter
L...Lite Yogurt and chicken flatbread (no sauce)

D..Broccoli stuffed chicken breast and about 1/4 c mashed potatoes.

I asked a friend to walk the track at work with me, so this week has started off good so far.
OOps, I forgot the sugar free jello I am having for desert/snack right now watching the game...hmmm, who wins if it is 0-0!

Kat, each morning I am posting the accountability thread and then each evening I post the So how did you really do thread! It's just a way to go back and be accountable for the choices we made during the day. As long as your posting it doesn't really matter which one you post on!!
