Wow can you believe it's November!!!  Hope everyone was able to hold  the candy monster at bay last night!  I didn't do too bad and well leftovers go with hubby to work today!!  Also got some new protein and stuff to make shakes starting today so I'm anxious to try it out!!!

B: Mudslide protein shake
L: Bean soup/3 cheese crackers
D: parm tilapia
Snacks: 100 cal snack, SF pudding

It is hard to believe it's already November Paige.  The turkeys will be here before we know it.

My plan for today:
protein coffee
click drink at some point
Italian sausage/veggie/tortellini soup for lunch
Chicken & Quinoa and veggies for dinner (trying something new)
snack: sf pudding

Merry Monday paige

An exciting month of November is planned; this coming week OH Event the weekend after that is my Birthday Weekend; that is alway a blast; Week after that picking up the materials for a remodel
then finally fall break...ONE week with no work....we are staying home this year for Thanksgiving and hopefully doing a remodel on our family room.  

I am planning on putting my walking shoes on tonight and walking

Breakfast=Chocolate Banana Protein Shake
Lunch-Lunch Box Sushi Rolls w/ sliced apples
Dinner-Cream of Corn soup with Chicken Flavor protein
Snacks, cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese sticks, not all of these put they will be with me incase i cave with stress today....

Good morning PAIGE and all! The weekend didn't go TOO badly, but I'm ready to get back to my PLANNED "structure":

B: Click (done), green tea (doing now)

L: Chicken/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg

D: Beef patty/WF bbq sauce/salad/WF french dsg

S: Orange

E: 45 minutes power walking (after warm up), with Corbin

Min 100 oz plain water/all my vitamins

Finally got to sleep about 2am, still sick as a dog, will try to go to work...have a couple of things to "clean up" from busy busy day yesterday so I may be comming home early. mus be that tummy bug going around! Gross!!!

 Good Morning Paige & TMB,

Yep, it's November, time goes by so much faster the older I get.  Best part is that with my WLS, I FEEL younger.  I'm taking this all in stride and enjoying the Fall.  It's my favorite time of the year.

I've packed away all the candy and placed it where I can not see it.  Candy Monster got me a bit last night, but it wasn't so bad that I dumped.  Still, sugar is not good for me and the further I stay away the better.  If I need to, I'll chunk it.

Today's Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation 
- Vitamins
- DeCarb - healthy protein rich meals/sensible portions
- OA Meeting
- Exercise
- Rest/Sleep

Good morning,

It is hard to believe it is Nov. already.  I have 3 vacations days and 2 holidays this month so really looking forward to the extra long weekend.

My plan for today:

B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with SF jelly
L: Left over chicken taco with about a little bit of rice
D: Pork in the crockpot with mash potatoes and mixed veggies
S: 100 cal snack, fun size snickers

4 bottles of water

L- leftover chicken n dumplings
S- blue diamond almonds/ half of isopure
D- honestly don't know yet!! wheat thins and hummus @ the house with some deli meat

mondays are my crazy days.  i'm in class from 9a-630p and i have some students coming after class to make up a test.  arrgh!
