So how did you really do? Sunday edition

So how did everyone do today?   I know many of us will still be tempted as we go trick or treating this evening!! But it’s about owning the choices we make good and bad.

Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

This has been my day... getting ready to eat dinner in about an hour and have eaten my limit of candy for the day!!!  I am happy with all my choices today... yes even the candy.  My journey is not about depriving myself but rather enjoying things in moderation.  So yes I ate some candy today... I am owning it as the decision was mine and I'm okay with that!!

B: ¾ Believe RTD S: 5 homemade cheese crackers L: Tilapia with sweet pepper sauce D: 15-bean soup and 1 small piece of cornbread Snacks: 2 bite sized snickers, 1 snack sized pb M&M’s

Today I had:

csrabled egg w/cheeseand sausage bits
english muffin...1/2 w/butter cinn&splenda 1/2 w sf beyy jam
think thin bar
quaker chewy bar
sm bag cheetos
dinner was 5 shrimp and 8 fries
yogurt w/grape nuts
5 sf pb cups!

Not a good day food wise, eating why too much junk.



B: Breakfast Taco (sausage/cheese/egg), a few chips and salsa
L:  Banana
D:Inside of Chicken Taco, couple of bits of the tortilla, queso/chips/salsa

Throughout the day I have had jawbreakers (at least 10), 3 cookies and a few light pototoe chips.

I am only on my 2nd bottle of water

I did well changed it up but well.

I had protein drink for breakfast.  Talapia for lunch.  I did not have time for dinner so I grabbed a protein drink I did get my water in but I had two pieces of Halloween candy.  Should have stopped at one because that second one did me in.  But that is it I am done!!!  Extra candy goes up to work in the am.  Kids put there fabs in the fridge and I do not eat cold chocolate so I am good!!!

I actually ate all I said I would in my other post. I also had a mini butterfinger, mini whoppers and a nectarine

LOL, I ran out of candy & snacks so I started handing out my bag of nectarines

Also, yes Paige, I do get my Max Protein from GNC and it's usually buy 1, get 1 for 1/2 off so it helps but it is pretty expensive protein powder.

Plan for Today was:
- Dust my self off from yesterday's grazing and START OVER - YES
- Prayer & Meditation - YES
- Healthy Food Choices - YES, but need to work on late evening food choices
- Exercise - Yes - 1 hr, really good workout 
- Take Vivian Trick or Treating - YES, had a blast!
- Rest/Relax - prep for working day tomorrow - YES, R&R up next.

I did pretty good today.

For breakfast, I had my "scrambled omelet" - an egg scrambled with ham, onions, mushrooms, and cheese.

For lunch I had about half of the Asian Salad at Chili's.

For dinner - wait, I haven't had any dinner! I fed the babies pizza at a Halloween carnival, but in the excitement of the new baby being born, I never ate!

Late poster but at least it is still Sunday!  I couldn't really begin to list what I ate today.  It wasn't really that bad, I just need to get in the habit of being responsible for myself and accountable!  It has been difficult for the past SEVERAL months with dd and her dh living with us but I can't really blame them for my poor choices or lack of ability to deal with stress! 

With that said, this is a good place for me to get back on track and get back into those too tight jeans before I can't get in them at all.  It is so much easier to go with the flow than it is to try to stick with the plan.  Tomorrow is another day and my goal is to post on Paige's thread every day and not be disappointed wtih my posts.

Edited to add....I did get in my water today!  First time in a long time I know......
