Protein?? Question for all

I start off each morning with a protein latte.  3/4 or so cup of skim milk, cup of coffee, 1 splenda or stevia and a scoop of Nectar Cappucino protein powder.

I usually drink an Atkins shake or a Click drink at some other point, but not always.  I generally get in my needed protein this way between the drinks and food.
