October Accountability Sunday

Good morning!!!  Can you believe it is the end of October already!!!  The holiday season is fast approaching... How do you all handle the Holidays?? 

Plan:
B:  3/4 of a Believe RTD that I didn't finish yesterday
L:  crab cake with shrimp sauce
D: parm Talapia with sweet pepper sauce
Snacks: 100 cal swiss miss bar

What's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

So here is my plan!  and I plan ot stick to this so that I will stay away from temptations

B coffeee
Oatmeal with protein powder
L tilapia fillet
S protein shake
D turkey burger patt with italian seasoning.  I can never eat more than half and this "stays" with me and will keep me from wanting to eat the candy the kids get.

of course lots of liquids and vitamins too!

We are trick or treating with friends today ..... I might have a little something if it turns out with that friend that is a small calorie splurge but sugar free......but I can't say anymore about this now....friend is here.....LOL!

Good Morning Paige....
I think I blinked and October was here and now it's gone...which means, the best holidays are right around the corner...and then my CRUISE!!! I cant wait...

We are having a simple day at the Clauder Home, light house work, laundry, light grocery shopping, and then I must spend some time up in my office getting things ready of the coming work week...I did it better with out the teachers coming to my office bugging me...LOL

I cooked a big pot of red beans yesterday so I will serve it tonight for dinner.

My plan for the day is

Breakfast-White Chocolate Mudslide protein drink
Lunch-2 meat and cheese pinwheel and apple slices
Snack-yogurt or cottage cheese
Dinner-Red Beans with Andouie (sp?) sausage, Mexican corn bread

Hopefully getting a walk in sometime today; then sitting on our front porch tonight for the Treak or Treaters!!

I'm looking for more protein shake recipes and this one sounds so yummy!!!  Where do you get the White Chocolate Mudslide coffee creamer and what brand is it?

International delight; in the coffee creamer section by the Milks; today I purchased a Skinny Vanilla Latte creamer to put in my chocolate protein this week....saved on the sugars...LOL

I really need to purchase the Unjury Vanilla protein....but saving my extra cash to purchase some books from the OH event...did some reading on the doctors that will be there last night; really like the therapist....

- Dust my self off from yesterday's grazing and START OVER
- Prayer & Meditation
- Healthy Food Choices
- Exercise
- Take Vivian Trick or Treating
- Rest/Relax - prep for working day tomorrow

Good morning yall!  Happy halloweenie!  I can't believe it October's gone  then it's all downhill from there.  Yikes!  Gotta make plans for christmas to see my mom and dad.  I did good @ the halloween party.  Only 2 "test tubes" of  some concoction called electric slide and a bite of a chicken wing.  We then proceeded to the club where it was packed and had 2 of my favorite drinks.  Whew I'm a lightweight now! I did fall off the wagon a bit because we went to eat afterwards.  I tried to make good choices and eat good.  Today's a new day so here's my plan

B- chicken chalupa, insides of a tripa taco, and a few bites of barbacoa (splurge from last night)
L- ummm dunno yet since it is lunchtime now.  prolly a protein drink.
S- lightly salted almonds
D- another halloween party so I'll try to make good choices.  We are making beer chicken so I'll have some of that and a bite of truffle mac n cheese.
