I did not post this am but I did great today and even more impressed with myself that I can not sleep for some reason and NO snacking.  So that has been two weeks now!  I feel  so much better and am so glad to be back on track!!!!  Tomorrow I will get my plan together for the week.

 Good Day but bad evening....

Went to my sisters to hang out and the grazing was on.  It was horrible & I feel like crap this morning.  Almost if I was hung over, and the guilt is driving me nuts.

It's a good thing I can "start over" today (Sunday).  

Need to find a way to deal w/ family gatherings, I guess.
