Yesterday's breakfast was good in carbs, bad in fat. I had iced tea and bacon.

I decided to take myself out to lunch, so I went for seafood. I was such a good girl - I didn't even let the waiter bring bread to my table! I had broiled fish and gumbo with no rice and brought home half of it that I intended to eat for dinner.

Ended up going shopping with Miranda and 2 of the teens, which meant eating out. It had to be cheap (she's still unemployed) so we went to Taco Cabana. I should have eaten fajitas but instead I ate 3 chicken flautas (bad girl!).

Does walking around Target and Macy's count as exercise?

Today is my running around day, and I am going to try to get a haircut.

I can't believe the OH conference is almost here!

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
