Another day of too much snacking
B: Ham and cheese omelet
S: Animal crackers
L: 1/2 chicken salad sandwich, light chips
S: Banana
D: slice of pizza
S; crunch n munch, 3 jawbreakers
working on 3rd bottle of water

I was worried for a sec....thought maybe we weren't going to have this post for Friday.
Could not sleep this morning, so I'm up on my treadmill and figured I'd "catch-up" on my posting for Friday.
This was the plan:
- Prayer & Meditation - YES
- Vitamins - YES
- Water - YES
- Healthy/Planned Eating - YES, but had some minor grazing towards late evening
- OA Mtg - YES
- Exercise - HIP/HOP ZUMBA - tons of fun, but a bit embarrassing because i have NO rhythm
- Sleep

Let's see... Friday I did pretty good.
B- myoplex mint java chip concoction
L- pure protein bar while waiting to see my doctor. (got a 0.5cc fill)
D- chicken n dumplings made in crock pot and they friggin rocked!! the hubs devoured them, then went to sleep @ 8:30. it was like a hug in a bowl. I noticed a change in how much i can eat. yay! i realized it's not about quantity, it's quality. make sure you are getting your body quality food.
S- wheat thins and laughing cow cheese
I also had wild berry hot tea after dinner. yum!
