October Accountability Friday
Today is hectic for me so here it goes...
B- water
S- 1/2 "mint java chip frappuccino" myoplex concoction
L- pure protein bar @ dr's office (got a 0.5 cc fill)
D- chicken n dumplings
Been feeling kinda icky and this cold weather making me want comfort food. I hate the scale @ the dr.'s office is off from my home scale. here i am thinking i lost 5 lbs and his scale says 3. ah well as long as i'm losing. getting closer to my mini goal for my b day!!
