October Accountability Friday

Good morning!!  It's the last Friday in October... I can't believe November is almost here!!  My goal is to do a better job sticking to my plan then yesterday.  I was just so busy yesterday that I didn't eat... then I was hungry and grabbed a bag of M&M's!!  Oh well today is a new day....

Any big plans for the weekend?

Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: Corn-n-Chicken chowder
D: Broccoli Cheese soup
Snacks: going to try not to have any!

So what's your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Morning Beautiful....gosh I can believe how much I love this post...as it is always burning in my head when I want to grab something I just know I should not...how I would have LOVED to have had the M&M's yesterday..but I would have dumpped and yesterday was not the day to have anymore drama at school...ugh...

My plan today
Morning Coffee with splenda and creamer
Breakfast-White Chocolate Mudslide Protein drink
Lunch-Left over beef and veggie fajita
Dinner-its a what everynight.....but it has to be healthy....
Snacks for the day; 1-2 BITES of the halloween cake, might as well put that out there cause it will happen, apple and small package of pretzels

Good morning.  My plan may not be the best but here it is:

protein coffee
click drink

beef brisket and pinto beans for lunch with a rib or two...being provided lunch by some teacher friends.  I'm taking my own beans and ditching the bread

dinner don't know...picking up something on the way to Ben's.  Will try to make a good choice.

E: ABSOLUTELY have to walk-will say 30 minutes, so I will DO it! I keep saying 45, and not doing it, so maybe if I say 30, I'll do 45...

M&M's never did it for me.  But Snickers?  That's a whole different story.  I thought I could keep a bag of the snack size ones in the house and reward myself once a week with one.  There goes that theory!

L: 1/2 Chicken Salad Sandwich 1/2 serving of light chips
D: Dinner out - probably chicken
S: 100 cal snack

Hi Everyone,

A little late to OH this morning, but I finally made it, and that's what counts. 

I'm so glad it's Friday.  I can't wait till 5 o'clock.  Don't get me wrong, work is good and I'm grateful to be employed.  However, let's not kid ourselves, we all LOVE weekends.

Today's Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Water
- Healthy/Planned Eating
- OA Mtg
- Exercise
- Sleep

Weekend plans:  Yard Sales on Saturday morning & Trick or Treating on Sunday....maybe even a picnic on Sat. at lunch w/ Viv.
