I hope everyone is doing well. Just dropping in to say that I have transitioned into Weigh****ches. I am at a major plateau. I have been going back and forth between the same two pounds for some time now. I know I need to exercise but I HATE exercising.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
