D: Going to a wedding with "sit down" food..bet it's chicken...will make GOOD CHOICES
Planning 30 minute walk with co-worker before Inservice at 1300 today-Will get minimum 100 oz water ans all my vitamins.
That's my PLAN!..PLUS...I'm wearing "dress by STEPHANIE" and "jacket by LYNNETTE"..by FAVE kind of clothes!!!

All is good in the Martinez household this morning. It's a beautiful morning and I'm done with my strength training as of this morning (Power Pump, not easy but fun).
Stress - That's a good one. Recently, I've noticed that when I'm stressed I have to constantly fight the urge to eat, too. Not good for me or anyone around me. I suggest that you take 30 min. at the beginning of your day or at the end of your day to decompress. You know, some quiet time to just relax and unwind. Maybe...you could read a book or watch your favorite TV show, point is: just veg. Put it in your calendar, if you need to. You would be surprised at how some "me" time can help.

Here is my plan for the day....
Breakfast-White Chocolate Mudslide Protein Shake
Lunch-Cream of Chicken Protein Soup
Dinner-Red Beans and mexican corn bread
Snacks (if I need them) Stawberry Yogurt and Sliced Apples with peanut butter
going to put on my walking shoes and walk this afternooon...
Paige stress and I just are not friends. I too am an emotional eater and this is why at work I have to have a safe kitchen office area, people may laugh and say what they want but OMG I need safe foods
right now I have yogurts, peanuts, banana's and different flavored instant coffee...we keep ho****er for teas and my coffee going throughout the day

Lost 6lbs last week so I am excited aobut that! Added foods in though this week but keeping the protein drinks up. I went way to long without enough protein and my hair was starting to fall out so I am bing REAL good about making sure I drink protein drinks.
So:
B Click (with 1/2 dutch choco Inspire to up the protein)
Lunch 1/2 turkey and sweet potatoes dish from Fit Foods
AS: Protein drink
D other half if I tolerate it well first time (says to use by today) if not it will be a piece of Talapia.
Snacks if I need them string cheese, sf jello
Lots of water and my vitamins of course......feels nice outside so there will be a walk when I get home!!!!

B- 1 liquid egg white with 2 small patties of turkey sausage, salsa, and sprinkle of FF cheese
L- prolly stop by the nutrition store for a perfect fit meal and reload on my vitamins and protein shots
D- hopefully the other half of the perfect fit meal and then its off to the halloween store to get costumes for the kiddos.
S- isopure green apple with crystal light
i also do a lot of stress eating. i want crunchy things or comfort food. bad things to crave. i'm dealing with crunchy stuff with wheat thins or a few tortilla chips and comfort food with warm soups that will feel good in my belly.

I pretty much ate the same as I posted yesterday with the exception of dinner since I skipped it. Hubs was not feeling well so he came to the hospital and been here since. He had an aortic valve repair done in 2000 and they need to get the xrays from that as well as his follow ups to make sure it hasn't grown. Cat scan is not looking promising but we'll see.
B: meal replacement shake(2 scoops vanilla isopure) & 1/2 banana from Smoothie Factory
L:have no clue (prolly hospital food) - - ended up having a cup of chicken lime soup
D: hoping to be home by then but who knows (it's almost 3pm now and keeping fingers crossed)
