I'd say WOOOHOOO for Thursday, but it was sheer torture to have to get up and come in this morning, I really wanted to stay at home again!  The only thing that got me up and moving was the thought of missing the gym again, how sad is that? LOL

Prayers are going up for all that need them!

Good morning all!! KAREN-wish I had your exercise ethic!! Corbin has it, but his mama STILL does NOT...sigh...

Planning a day of catching up on paperwork...notice I said PLANNING...I may get called out 90 different directions, but really need to plant my butt in the office and catch some stuff up before we go "computer" next week. I also should really take my  work computer out of the box, in my car trunk, and practice on the silly thing...CRAP...when I started in the business we used chisel and stone..now they want computer charting..CRAP...

Attending a wedding tonight (on a THURSDAY-weird-huh?) of a neighbor girl I've known all her life. My neice is a bridesmaid. It's about an hour and half drive north "somewhere"...good thing my sister is driving. It will be a challenge, eating wise, but I'll be helping chase 3 year old Brayden, so I may not even get a CHANCE to be challenged by food!

I've awake off and on since about midnight. My gut was aching and I felt horrible.  I really thought I was going to have to go to the ER but finally managed to fall back asleep around 3 a.m. - woke up at 4:45 with just enough time to get to the bathroom. I KNOW I haven't eaten as much as came out of me! I'm still sore but it's better.

I don't have time for health issues right now. My daughter is due on Nov. 11 but she's been having contractions for weeks - they actually stopped her labor a couple of weeks ago. Her doctor won't stop them again at this point. They know the baby is well over 7 lbs. already (her first two were almost 10 lbs. each).

People here in my office have been having a stomach bug that only attacks at night... I have never heard of it before but it is going on three days now.

good morning.  Up and at 'em for another full day.  I'll be glad when the weekend is here!

Lots to do at work today.  I hope to get a little more "sitting around" time tonight than I did last night.  It was 7:00 pm when I got home.  I get in bed by 9, so not as much chilling out time as I like.

Off work for the next several days but I have to make a hot shot to Dallas and pick up my body armor.  Means I get Starbucks today!!  Have to procure some groceries for me and the dog as well.  Would not hurt to wash some clothes either.
