Pulled my shoulder muscles yesterday so may call Doc, didn't sleep but 3hrs for the 3rd night so gotta talk about sleep meds too.
Now yall go out and make it a great day or just fake it!

My plan for today-
B- myoplex carb control with SF chocolate syrup, decaf instant coffee, and peppermint extract (my version of a mint chocolate chip frappuccino from starbucks)
L- small cup of chicken tortilla soup and 1/2 a tuna wrap
D- prolly the other 1/2 of the tuna wrap and maybe some hummus and wheat thins
S- protein shot with crystal light, splash of diet blueberry pomegranite juice, and a vitality hiro
Exercise- I'm proud of myself. I went to the ymca for a 7:30 yoga class to switch it up a little, then stayed after to do weights (leg day)
today's my late day @ work and the hubs is @ school till 10. The bad thing is I'm STILL trying to recover from this past weekend's educational workshop. My work has slacked because of it and I'm soooooo sleepy. Maybe i can close my office door and sneak in a little cat nap to be rejuvinated? Maybe I'll leave early, go home, and get to bed early.
