Good morning!!!  Hope everyone's week is going well!!  Another meeting for me today and then it's off to eat dinner with a friend tonight!  My plan is a bit sketchy today.

L: Oh Yeah RTD?
D:  Chinese??
Snacks.... 100 cal snack pack

Not sure the order I want to eat it,but here is what I plan on eating:

yogurt w/grapenuts
saltillo frozen dinner
protein drink
a few pieces sf candy  ( bad sweet tooth last few days)
not sure on dinner, want roasted sweet potatos some salad and somekind of meat

Pulled my shoulder muscles yesterday so may call Doc, didn't sleep but 3hrs for the 3rd night so gotta talk about sleep meds too. 

Now yall go out and make it a great day or just fake it!

Good morning ladies!

B: 1/2 morningstar vegan mushroom burger & deli flat (160 calories)
S: 1/2 morningstar vegan mushroom burger & deli flat (160 calories)
L: guess what?  another morningstar vegan burger parmesan cheese flavor & deli flat (300 calories
D: protein shake (270 calories) mootopia, click, choc max protein
S: yogurt or grapes

My focus is to maintain at least 75 grams of protein per day and this is what is actually keeping my calories down.   Oh, and I love the burgers!!

I'm working from home today.  Sometimes that's curse because I can hear the voices from my pantry.

B:  2 boiled eggs with melted cheese
S:  apple with a schmear of pb (thanks for the idea, Dana)
L:  small bowl of white chili with cheddar
D:  chicken something with baked sweet potato
S:  SF dark chocolate pudding cup

Water!  I'm trying Crystal Lite to see if that helps me get it in.

Janet- crystal light always helps me get the fluid down.  i have 4-5 flavors in my pantry depending on my mood.

My plan for today-
B- myoplex carb control with SF chocolate syrup, decaf instant coffee, and peppermint extract (my version of a mint chocolate chip frappuccino from starbucks)
L- small cup of chicken tortilla soup and 1/2 a tuna wrap
D- prolly the other 1/2 of the tuna wrap and maybe some hummus and wheat thins
S- protein shot with crystal light, splash of diet blueberry pomegranite juice, and a vitality hiro

Exercise- I'm proud of myself.  I went to the ymca for a 7:30 yoga class to switch it up a little, then stayed after to do weights (leg day)

today's my late day @ work and the hubs is @ school till 10.  The bad thing is I'm STILL trying to recover from this past weekend's educational workshop.  My work has slacked because of it and I'm soooooo sleepy.  Maybe i can close my office door and sneak in a little cat nap to be rejuvinated?  Maybe I'll leave early, go home, and get to bed early.
