Good morning!!  Not sure what is in store today as I have a meeting the next 2 days.  I have been told they will be providing lunches and I think it's a boxed deli lunch.  This does not make me happy!

Don't forget to come back tonight and post on the "So what did you really eat?" thread!

B: Believe RTD
L: probably a protein bar as I don't eat sandwiches
D:  My fit foods crazy chicken  (half of a med.)
Snacks:  100 cal snack pack,  100 cal frozen fruit bar

Good morning Paige.  Hope your meeting goes quickly and smoothly!

My plan for today is:

B:  2 egg bites
S:  atkins shake
L:  2 muffin meatloaves
S:  greek yogurt
D:  turkey patty and carrots
S:  atkins shake

No gym today, tutorials after school.  Have a good day!

My plan has changed since I think I need to replace everything I pee'ed out from yesterday's liquid day....LOL

b-unjury chocolate coffee protein shake
L-a mini meat and chees with one pickle slice sandwich, apple slices
S-SF jello
D-taco soup with sour cream and grated cheese

some liquids today

Good morning! TRYING to sound positive and perky here...bear with me, people..this headache is making me want to eat COMFORT FOOD-even with the nausea..how very stupid...am trying to stick to warm green tea instead...

B: Click, green tea later

L: Chicken/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg

D: Beef patty/WF bbq sauce/salad/WF Ranch dsg

S: Orange

E: 45 minutes power walking (headache permitting) with Corbin-didn't do yesterday

Water/baggie of vitamins

Honey, you called that Doc yet??? You nurses are terrible patients!! I know you know how to dial so get thee self to the Doc. You are not suppose to have headaches this long!!

whoops...just saw the post you are going to the Doc today! So me and my redface apologise for getting after you! Glad you are getting some relief, I know  first had how bad those headaches can be!! Feel better PDQ!!

Good morning,

I finally went to the grocery store last night and picked up a few things. I had been out of egg beaters and having to use real eggs,

B:  Ham, cheese and onion omelet, toast with SF jelly
L: Tilapia with mix veggies
D: Chicken or pork in the crockpot with mash potatoes
S: 100 cal snack, laughing cow cheese

64 oz of liquids

Will post tonight what I actually ate

S: yogurt
L: Morningstar soy burger w/ flat bread
S:banana
D: baked chicken

I so don't have a plan today - I know........my bad........but I had a protein shake this am for breakfast and I am really feeling FULL too after that.........:)

I am sipping on DECAF coffee so that may keep me feeling full........who knows......

Lunch:   Deli has a tilapia  sandwich -  I'll ask them to grill it or oven cook it (I think that it is somewhat breaded)......and then get it bunless with maybe cottage cheese and/or tomato......(not too bad of a choice)

Dinner:  I HAVE NO CLUE!      Since I have the car - I'll probably go through Boston Market and get something "healthy" or some chicken somehwere..........

Hope everyone is off to a good start today. 

Paige, THANKS for this daily post & I hope the meetings go by quickly.  Maybe consider packing your own lunch for the next two days???  Just an idea....

- Lots of Water
- Vitamins
- Exercise
