Good morning! TRYING to sound positive and perky here...bear with me, people..this headache is making me want to eat COMFORT FOOD-even with the nausea..how very stupid...am trying to stick to warm green tea instead...

We Can Do Hard Things
I finally went to the grocery store last night and picked up a few things. I had been out of egg beaters and having to use real eggs,
B: Ham, cheese and onion omelet, toast with SF jelly
L: Tilapia with mix veggies
D: Chicken or pork in the crockpot with mash potatoes
S: 100 cal snack, laughing cow cheese
64 oz of liquids
Will post tonight what I actually ate

At Goal - maintaining between 115 - 119
I am sipping on DECAF coffee so that may keep me feeling full........who knows......
Lunch: Deli has a tilapia sandwich - I'll ask them to grill it or oven cook it (I think that it is somewhat breaded)......and then get it bunless with maybe cottage cheese and/or tomato......(not too bad of a choice)
Dinner: I HAVE NO CLUE! Since I have the car - I'll probably go through Boston Market and get something "healthy" or some chicken somehwere..........
