When I'm feeling like baking, I'll bake a huge egg dish with veggies, ham, and cheese so I can have a healthy egg dish really easy. I've never frozen the actual raw ingrediants but I have reheated my egg dish with no problems. I say mix one all together, cook it, let the steam out and let it cool a little, then throw it in the freezer and reheat it the next day. I'm not quite sure how it would handle going from freezer to microwave uncooked but it's worth a try!

Let me know if you try it!

It would freeze well but I think you would want to thaw it out before nuking it.  I've used  1/2 gallon containers of frozen liquid eggs before for cooking for powerlifting meets when we're feeding 100+ hungry teenage boys and we always had to thaw them out first to cook them.
