- Stairs at work
- OA on-line meeting
- Water Aerobics
- Rest/Sleep

It's a bloaty, puffy, stuffed full morning!! I know it was the Fritos at 1am!! Couldn't get to sleep till 3am. We gonna be fakin it today! We have the Ambassador to Waterford Crystal comming today so at least it will be interesting!! My plan is:

yogurt w/ grapenuts
protein drink
quaker bar
meal replacement bar
apple
sm chick nug from Chick-Fil-A
dinner..ask Ken!

Go out and make it a great day or just fake it!!

Paige, I'm going to look at the exercise room at the hotel.  It's so intimidating.  It's usually men only.  And I don't have a clue on how to use some of the machines.

((((((((huggss))))))))))) to all starting over today !! Its Monday and it is going to be a fabulous day cuz I'm gonna make it that way !! :)

Okay I really don't have a plan - an idea and I have my lunch, snacks and dinner packed for today.....I'll do tomorrows tonight !!

Week Challenge for me: I'm gonna really work on the no drinking 30 before/after a meal this week - is my challenge....
AND try not to eat except for meal times and/or a snack inbetween to cut the hours between meals so that I don't get hungry....

TODAY'S PLAN:

B - 1 pkg ( I made 2 - eyes were bigger than stomach) - AGAIN !! GOTTA WORK ON THAT.
but I only ate less than half of it...............that is a huge compliment - when I felt full - I immediately got up and threw out the rest......so I wouldn't "FINISH " it and make a happy plate !! :(

DECAF COFFEE with sweetner I used to not be a coffee drinker - but it is usually so cold in the office - it is the only way I can warm up.............TODAY - ITS HOT IN HERE !! GRRRRRR

Snack - if I feel the need to reach and grab - I have SF / puddings with me..... :)

Lunch: Beef Quesadillas - made 1 and cut into 4 slices..
Whole Wheat flour tortilla (smaller one - taco sized) filled with BEEF Fajitas meat and lots of cheese - toasted in New EXPRESS Redi set go machine (usually advertised at top of this page) - I thought it would be fun for Amanda and I to "play" some on the weekends together in the kitchen - cuz she is wanting to lose some weight too - and has a plan too - WE ARE GONNA DO THIS WITH EVERYONE'S HELP !!

Snack: If needed - see above.........maybe I"ll get some fruit at one of the delis - I have peaches and cottage cheese in lunch box and so - will maybe do that...........is that a good choice or what? YEAH ME..........I'm trying so hard to give myself praises as that is hard for me...

Dinner: Left overs Beef Quesadillas........... - cottage cheese ?


Snack - no later than 8pm.........Atkins Shake if I feel the urge to EAT something....

Sorry that this was so long - but I wanted to put this all out there and see what you all thought........((((((Huggs)))))))))))Not a perfect plan - but perfect isn't gonna happen overnight.

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

Today's plan....

PLENTY OF LIQUIDS....


B- Cheerios with bananna and skim milk; 2 cubes of cheddar cheese

L- Chicken Flatbread sandwich with fat free honey mustard

D-  Turkey Sandwich w/mustard

Snacks... I don't have anything on me, so if I get hungry, I will get fruit.
