October Accountability Monday
Good morning!! I think that is Monday I smell in the air... and not happy about it!! However this means we will be one step closer to the weekend! Last night I started a So How Did You Really Do? thread. Make sure you go there tonight and post what you really ate!! I think we always start out with the best of intentions but I think it's important we own the choices we made through out the day and be accountable for them. I'm hoping it will help me cut down on my unplanned snacking!!!

Good morning! Glad to be back to the "routine"-too many kids and "grabbable goodies" around this weekend-I sent everything home with the kids...Back to my usual today-working on my Click now...

I can't wait until I"ve been released......I so have the mind set to start up something and soon !! utilize that STATIONARY bike in my bedroom (safter place than in the apartrment complete concrete !! huh?

Lunch-Unjury Creamy Chicken soup with 8oz of skim milk
Dinner-3 oz of Sirloin Steak, 1/2 of a small tator with cheese, and sour cream and green onions, grilled tomatoes with a slice of provolone cheese melted on top
I have my waters ready to be sucked down,
I plan on walking after work this afternoon before my volleyball game~

How does that work for ya? Taste? I have some of that and love it - but never thought about making it with skim milk !! I love me some skim milk !! :)

It was good; I could have used it a little bit warmer but taste it was good; I will have it again...I got the recipe from Unjury...they called it cream of chicken soup...
