Even though it's tuesday I still would like to keep myself honest.  I must admit I succumbed to the stresses of my workshop and ate like crap.  Still eating like crap and I want to get out of it.  I'm trying. 
Highest: 264.5
Lowest: 220
Last Week: 222.6
Today: 223.6
+1lb yes i know it's a lb but I want to get in the 'teens by my b day (Nov.18) and maybe close to 200  by christmas so i can knock my parents socks off when i go down & visit.  i know i will have to work hard and quit eating crap.  Don't fall into the emotional eating.  Do something physical or divert your mind instead.
