Monday Morning Weigh-In
Highest: 248
Surgery: 233
Last Week: 149.6
Today: 150.8
Weekly loss: +1.2
Grrrr...... I had slid up to 150, then got it back down after a week of being good then 2 weeks in Ft Worth eating out every meal (and not having a choice of where) have taken its toll.
This is the top of my range, so time to get serious while it is only 5 pounds. I am not doing anything special this week - just back to my normal eating - protein first, limit the carbs and snacking, lots of water and none at my meals.
Next week I won't be able to post this thread as I will be working my butt off (hopefully literally LOL) building a shed in Arkansas on our property. I usually lose a few pounds when we go because of all the outdoor activity so hopefully I will get a boost from my trip and be back on track. If not, then it will be time for a new game plan.

I know its Tuesday but I plan to start doing this again. Keeps me honest right?

Loss: 3lbs but that is only because it was that time of the month last week. I have been maintaining around the 150 to 155 range. Would like to see 145 again but mostly just want to get back to being active and solidly in a size 2 to 4. Currently in a 6.
