WOOOOHOOO for Monday!  We had a great time at the drag races in Ennis on Friday!  There was even a cute young camera crew guy who flirted with me shamelessly all day long, he even blew me kisses in front of the DH.  It really made my day, LOL

Good morning all! Sounds like we could all use another day of WEEKEND. We had the grands this weekend-plus Brayden-everyone very well behaved-Except PawPaw Richard-but still the noise levels were off the scale. Had super migraine yesterday, that is hanging in that background, just waiting to strike again..big thank you to QUE and LIZ for coming out to medicate me!! I promise to call and make appt with doc today...

HUGE THANK YOU to TRACEY for hosting the Halloween party Saturday and a big Wet Willie to all who didn't come, if were not sick-you missed a great time. I actually had time to sit down and have CONVERSATIONS with peeps-PRICELESS! Most fun I ever had while sober. Watching the kids is always my fave part-THEY can dance, and were TRYING to teach MEGGIE AKA Fancy Nancy and I the steps to "Thriller"....Nancy did well...me, well...not so much....They didn't have that stuff in Bedrock, ya know...

Well, sure wouldn't want WORK to start without me, so better get moving. Hope everyone has a super day and week!

GOOD MORNING! Karen-how neat you were hit on! Sweet!

I woke Friday with a scratchy throat and it turned into a massive sinus headache and earrache by Sunday morning. I couldn't sleep because my ears hurt so bad. Went to doc -thankfully my doc clinic has Sunday hours- and she put me on new allergy meds. I woke today feeling MUCH better- thank God for that!

Today is my only day in the office, then tomorrow morning at 6am I'm headed out to San Marcos for our statewide conference. I'm the chair of the exhibits committee and we have 33 vendors coming. I've been working on this for about a year so its hard to believe that its almost here. I met up with Charlene yesterday and got some of her wonderful pretzels to give to some of my co-workers in Austin that really helped me with the exhibits. I had one of her fancy rod pretzels and MAN oh MAN it was good!!

I had a mostly good weekend. The worst part of it was the drive home.  I got caught in a back-up on the Tollway from a really horrible accident.

I'm dragging this morning, and would really like to stay home from work. But I won't. Sometimes being responsible really sucks.

Here I am - on the train - don't faint! lol  Woke up feeling like crap as usual but faking a smile until I make it.  Busy day today with 2 assemblies at work, then off to the gym, then home to pass out lol.

Good morning.  I have the allergy crud like Alyssa and am staying home today.  I slept 8.5 hours and still am exhausted, coughing and just feel crummy.  I think it will do me good just to stay home and rest and for once, I think I can afford to take the day off work wise.

Thought I would jump on this morning, nothing exciting going on for me today.  I plan to go to the grocery store after work or during lunch and that is about as exciting as my day will be.

Kind of busy at work so hopefully the day will go by fast.
