The Journey 10/25
I did really well with protein yesterday, and not too bad with the Carb Monster. Not much in the way of exercise, except for vacuuming and a trip to Target.
However, even with the bbq chips fiasco . . . .
I LOST 1.1 LBS SINCE LAST WEDNESDAY!!!
Now, we'll see if that's just a fluke!

YOU GO GIRL.......... WORK THAT TOOL !!
Another suggestion if you haven't already:
I know that you LOVE tea - I've made the switch last week to all decaffeinated products...its not the caffeine I need anyway - I JUST NEED TO FIND SOMETHING THAT I LIKE TO STAY HYDRATED !!
I still don't drink POP / sodas...... so TEA is the next thing..........when in public restaurants - I do regular - but I make it here at work by the gallon by brewing the DECAF tea bags.....I usually put in 5 small tea bags to make it...........:) the add lots of ice to cool it off....
See ya in Houston !!
- Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose. Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email. I'll answer it as soon as possible.
