So how did you really do??? Sunday edition

I think this post is a great idea as many times what I have planned and what I eat is different.

Today I have snacked and eat out for both lunch and dinner. 


L: 1 small soft taco and 3/4 of a cruncy taco, a few chips and salsa and a couple of bits of rice
D: 1 burger Slider, some fries and a few cheese fries with ranch
S:  Animal crackers and Crunch and Munch

I have gotten away from writing down what I have eaten so I need to get back to that.

VSG on 09/02/08 with
B:  I got up early to made a pot of Old Fashioned Oats with cinnamon and raisins for the week.  I make it with FF milk instead of water for the extra protein umph.  Ate a small bowl with a smidge of Smart Balance and Splenda.  This is a departure from my usual 2 boiled eggs and I enjoyed it.
S:  three cheddar cheese cubes with black grapes
D:  an early one - crockpot Chicken and Apples, 1/2 breast with 1/2 c. quinoa, mixed veggies

Getting in all my water has been a chore lately.  I need to carry that bottle with me at all times.  I'll do better.
