OH Conf Room Available & 2 Tickets

I currently have a room reservation at the Hilton for 3 nights for the OH Conference.
Due to unforeseen cir****tances we cannot attend now.  I have not paid for these rooms but I do have them reserved.  Is there a way to transfer it to someone who could use the room? (2 Queen beds)

I also have two prepaid tickets $30.00 each that I would love to sell.

I'm being laid off from work that week and so I can no longer afford to go. I hope someone can help us out with the rooms and the tickets.

Hello from events!

We're very sorry to hear you can't attend the event in Houston.  You will be missed. As for the room transfer, please contact Davonna at the hotel and let her know that you want to transfer it to someone if they have come forward for the room.  We get credit for the rooms we book; if your room gets canceled, it will go back into the general room population and may not become available to our group.
