October Accountability Sunday
Today will be a little odd for me as I am sleeping from working extra last night and again tonight and then normal time tomrrrow am.....so that being said I am jsut going to stick to the liquid plan today then for next week I will have my plan ready now that I have kicked the carbs to the curb!
So it is protein drinks, liquids, vitamins and hopefully some sleep!

Well...on Sunday I usually try to take it easy. Keep things simple is my plan for this week.
I do plan to look at options offered by my local YMCA. My husband, Mike, and I went and signed up for a family membership yesterday. I'm super excited about doing water aerobics and trying the Zumba class too. I have to say, it HAS sparked my motivation, and I am very excited about all my exercise options.
Today's Master Plan:
- Trip to Walmart
- Trip to my local Dollar Tree
- Groceries
- Picnic
- YMCA - kid zone for Vivian...yay!!
- Rest

Good morning ladies! I'm sitting at work as I type this waiting on a truck to get here to pick up a part. Our sales dept could not get a hold of my S & R on call guy because he is not answering his company paid cell phone!
Needless to say, the BOSS is not a happy camper! Well, when I get home I will wash a few loads of clothes to prepare for tomorrow and have one son vacuum downstairs and the other will tackle upstairs. Sundays are usually grocery shopping days for me also, so I think I'll stop by the grocery store on my way home.
B:after grocery shopping, I decided to ditch Smoothie Factory and went home and made chorizo & eggs (ate about 1/2 cup w/ shredded cheese on top)
L: protein shake (mootopia, max protein, click)
D: hubs will be home by then and wants to take my son out for his birthday dinner since he missed it on Friday, so it'll be Lasagna House. I usually get the same dish here and just take a few bites because I'm full off their house salad. My dish is the Carbonara and it has alfredo, peas & ham.

I would be furious!!!! Hopefully you are home now and getting on with your day! Stopped at My Fit Foods yesterday... wow are they expensive!!!!! I spent $20 on 3 items! Of course I can get 2 meals out of each one... but wow! Although the building is huge the actual space they have open to the public is small... not enough room to group there... :(

Sunday is usually reserved for doing "not a thing" unless it is an absolute necessitiy. Pay the bills, touch up the domicile, wash the sheets, bathe the dog etc.
Standard breakfast of poached egg and ham is over. However the crockpot is smelling wonderful because the beef ribs for lunch are cooking. Put them on last night and they are super tender.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Only one I use is the age old family secrete recipe handed down to me by my mother. A can or bottle of Coke Classic, package of Lipton Onion soup mix, your choice of meat and time. Never tried it with chicken but works well with a pork loin roast or any kind of beef. Roast, tips and ribs in particular.
