October Accountability Sunday

Good morning!  I have to say that Sundays are not my favorite...because that means the weekend is over!!!!  Going to go run this morning, do a few errands then  hopefully I will be home for the remainder of the day!!  My energy level is horrible right now... Friday night I was in bed by 7:30 and last night it was just after 8:00!!!  The last time I had my blood drawn it showed I was borderline anemic, so I don't know if that's the problem or not.

Do you do anything special on Sunday's to get ready for the week?
This is what I do...
1.  Look at my schedule and plan ahead what days I will be able to go to the gym.
2.  I have all my clothes ironed and picked out for the week.
3.  I have all my meals for the week planned.
4.  About 1 weekend every 6 weeks I cook about 5 different recipes and freeze them in 1 cup containers.  I swap half of what I made with a friend... so that gives me 10 different options for lunch!!!  I will be doing that next weekend.

Plan for today...
B: Believe RTD
L: Black bean soup and 3 home made cheese crackers
D: Parm Talapia and half a swt. potato
Snacks: 100 cal swiss miss fudge bar

What's your plan?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Good morning.  I'm up but would like to still be sleeping.  I have some kind of respiratory crud.  I will get ready and go to early church and Sunday School this morning.  I hope to get in a walk later today if I can do to this crud.  If not, I will ride my bike.

I am drinking my protein coffee this morning.  My sister is making brunch for after church this morning for the family.  I have no idea what she will have.

Dinner will be sloppy joe meat and a salad.

On Sundays I usually try to do the same things you do.  I know Zumba is Mon. and Wed. and I will definitely be going this week, crud or not.  On tues. and thur. I can go for my walk/run after work.  Thank heavens I don't have to work late every day this week.

I have some cooking to do to get ready for the week ahead this afternoon when I get home.

It's time for me to get back in the swing of things.  I haven't posted on TMB in a long time.  I have been fighting some medical issues for the last 9 months and it still continues.  They still haven't diagnosed me but we're getting closer.  It's time for me to get back to basics and get off some of this regain.  The medicines, steroids, and lack of exercise have definitely caught up with me.

My plan for today is:

B:  2 egg bites, atkins shake
S:  banana
L:  1 cup beans and meat (kinda like chili)
S:  cheese stick
D:  turkey patty and asparagus
S:  greek yogurt

I do the same things you do Paige - get clothes washed and ready for the week, plan my meal and lay out my vitamins and meds.  I also get my gym clothes ready and in the bag and make sure my ipod is charged so there's no excuse.  I also do the thing with meals every couple of weeks.  That way my freezer stays full of good choices.

I'm registered!  I registered for the 10K but will have to see how my energy level is.  If you pick up your packet, you can grab mine too.
