Happy, Happy Saturday!!!  I'm up way to early but I want to head to the park this morning to try out my new pedometer to see if it works before I go to support group this morning!  I have Bunco tonight so that will be my weekend "splurge"!


Plan: (not the best plan but it is what it is...)
B:  skinny latte at Starbucks ("Main"stayers meeting)
L: something from My Fit Foods
D: Snacking and a drink or 2 at Bunco

What's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

good morning...I'm glad it's Saturday, but going to work anyway to make the PEIMS snapshot deadline that was yesterday.  I'm hoping no one stayed late to run the lists yesterday and that they're doing it MOnday morning. 

I don't have much of a plan.  I'm going to get a McDonald's sf vanilla iced coffee and am drinking protein coffee now.  I'm planning on a salad for lunch if Ben will bring me one.  He's cooking supper with some ground chuck I have in the fridge.  I have no idea what he'll make. 

I hate to miss Mainstayers again Paige, but work unfortunately is ruling my life right now.  Hopefully after today I'll be in better shape.

 Good Morning TBM,

Paige, love those early mornings....THANKS for the daily post.  I'm an early bird too.  Often I plan to sleep in, but always wake up before my family.  Sometimes is a good thing.  Allows me to have some "alone" time before my day gets going.  Bad thing is that I'm usually wiped out by 3pm and need a nap. --- Anyhow, hope you have a great time w/ your Bunco Squad this evening.

Today's Plan:
- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy Food Choices
- Mid-day Nap
- A Walk
- Check out local YMCA

I've always been an early bird too!!!  Sleeping late for me is 6:30 or 7:00!  Did you enjoy your day off yesterday with your daughter?

Good Morning!!

Liquids for me again today though I need to make more soup if I am going to stay on it much longer and I need to go get protein today.

B: protein coffee
S: will have a skinny cinnamon dolce latte at "main"stayers
L: suasge and pumkin soup
D protein drink

Tonight will be tougher as I am working a 12 hour night overtime shift so it will involve some caffeine and I will try to just drink as much water as I can. Will weigh on Monday to see what happened this week!

Paige so how is MyFitFoods.....or are you planning to go today?

Good morning ladies!  I'm checking in a little late this morning.  Just got back from a 45 minute walk with the doggies.  Heading out to take my son to his eyecare follow up, will drop him back off at the house and then I'm heading out to the MainStayers meeting.

L: have no clue yet
D: thinking about a soy burger from Burger King (very good)
