Plastic Sugery Help! Input on Dr's wanted in Dallas
Hey everyone!
I am starting to plan and save for a couple of much needed surgeries. I plan to wait until my 2 year mark, which will be May (And after bonus time and tax return time) to get any work done, but I plan to start researching doctors at the beginning of the year.
Right now, I am thinking a tummy tuck and breast lift with implants. (If I am able to afford it all) Later down the line I plan to do something about my thighs and possibly butt too, but we will see how this goes.
I was just wondering if anyone had any references in the area or surgeons to stay away from.
I would also like to not spend more than I have to, but I also don't want a reduced price and receive crappy work.
I plan to cross post this to the Plastic Surgery forum as well.

5'5" and a size 0!!! Woohooo!
I call him my gentle giant. He has been so good to me, believes in me and is willing to consult other Doctors and resources if he doesn't know something. He is willing to work with my PCP and other Doctors to get me the best care he can give me. He also makes pretty scars. Buch better than the guy who my mom got to do my appendectomy!!
He also has a sense of humor and can take good natured ribbing. His staff is kind and considerate and only one did I have a bad wait in his office (2hrs) and that was because he had an emergency surgery. The staff kept us informed and was willing to reschedule anyone whocould not weight.
Please come to his support group on the 3rs tuesday of the month in meeting room a ( i think) on the first floor of Arlington Memorial Hospital. Jackie Minier heads them up. They are open meetings for all surgeries, people in all stages of the process and you don't have to have had your surgery ther!
Look me up!

I attended my first support group mtg at AMH last week. Really enjoyed it. Everyone is so kind and informative. I plan on making it a regular. Hope to see your there.
I have been attending the one at MCA off Matlock in Arl. for over a year. I also like it but the atmosphere is not as pleasure able as AMH.
